CAO / DAO

Realizing specified patterns, gradation and tracing, and in addition to that manufacturing samples according to the data sheets and measurement tables

In progress control chain

Detect and stop any failure at the seam line

Final control by chain

100% control of product conformity respecting the procedure of the work (W process)

Pre-shipment inspection audit

Ensure compliance in the product quality by a final check before shipment

Cutting

A final check that ensures the quality of the cut: perforation and notching

Silkscreen

Ensure conformity ink, color, size and position

Embroidery

Ensuring compliance of the sewing thread, the color, size and position

Logo placement & heat press

Ensure the suitable location, temperature and pressure

These checks are carried out with the help of quality survey software.

Since 2008, the companies have also been involved in a training program to obtain 2015 ISO 9001 Certification.
