M. Hassen Aouina
Vega Confection was founded by Mr. Hassen Aouina, a qualified and recognized textile expert. Since 1989, this Tunisian company has specialized in the production and export of high-quality professional garments. We have successfully supported European—especially French—businesses by providing durable, certified, and fully customizable workwear.

8 Steps Quality Process

1. Design and Methods Office

Quality control of cutting, drilling, and notching.
3. Embroidery
Compliance of thread, color, dimensions, and placement.
4. Screen printing
5. Logo application and heat setting
6. In-process inspection
Detecting and correcting any defects as soon as they appear on the production line.
7. Final line inspection
Pattern making, grading, marking, and sample production according to technical sheets and measurement charts.
8. Pre-shipment audit
A final quality check before shipment to ensure product compliance.
Engineering and Methods Department
At Vega Confection, our design and methods office plays a central role in the conception and development of our products. We oversee all stages, from model development to pattern making and marking, ensuring optimal precision and perfect adaptation to our clients’ needs.
Our department integrates advanced technologies such as CAD/CAM, using an ALYS 60 plotter, which guarantees fast and accurate plan execution. This technical expertise enables us to optimize manufacturing processes and maintain consistent quality at every step.
